At the last plenary session, the Senate had continued to examine the Scheme of Public Finance Decision (DFP) for the years 2011-2013. summer, remember:
- on 3 August, with 279 votes in favor and one abstention, the Assembly approved the "extraordinary plan against the mafia and the government delegation on anti-mafia laws."
- in the afternoon session on 29 July, the House approved a bill to reform the university (1905) which now is pending before the House.
- in the morning session of Wednesday, July 28 but was finally approved the bill 1720-B provides the rules of road safety.

We have won the A4. It ended the session hall in the Senate with a vote of confidence del maxiemendamento che raccoglie la manovra finanziaria, e in esso è contenuto l’emendamento che consentirà ad Autoveie Venete di non vedersi scippata dall’Anas la gestione dell’A4. Alla scadenza della concessione assegnata alla Spa regionale, il 1º aprile 2017, sarà una società composta da Anas e dalle Regioni Friuli Venezia Giulia e Veneto ad amministrare la tratta. Questa è stata la decisione assunta in Commissione bilancio del Senato e questo quanto inserito nella manovra finanziaria. L’operazione piuttosto complessa che ho potuto seguire personalmente in quanto membro della commissione bilancio, è il risultato di un lavoro bipartisan sostenuto dal “capitano” Ferruccio Saro e dai colleghi di Palazzo Madama Pegorer Carlo, Flavio Pertoldi and Tamara Blazin (Pd), Mario Pittoni (League) and Giulio Camber (PDL) and colleagues Maurizio Saia Veneto (PDL) and Paolo Giaretta (Pd). The continuation of the mandate to Autovie Venetian Spa is made possible thanks to the complicity of the regional government, with President Tondo, the 'Assessor Riccardi, the president of the Joint State-Regions, Hill, active players.
I am very satisfied with the outcome that provides security for the A4, the third lane and employees Autovie Saro identify and agree with the principle of operation as a federal highway.
