Intanto, l’Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana si prepara alla seconda tappa del road show internazionale. Il 12 marzo, l’AVPN volerà a San Paolo del Brasile, dove, per una settimana, organizzerà seminari sulla ‘vera pizza napoletana’, incontri con gli associati del Sud America ed un corso di formazione professionale per il personale delle pizzerie brasiliane.
