Here in Friuli Venezia Giulia we ran a similar risk to your why, at times, it seemed that was to prevail, the activity and on national and international reports conducted since 1977 by the Film Library of Friuli, logic of development of the Regional Film Archive (proved from the beginning, in 1984, inefficient).

In 2006, the new law on regional cinema FVG strongly supported and shared by all the regional film world on the proposal of the Piero Colussi, officially recognized the role of the Film Library of Friuli (that is also borne by the design and construction with regional fund Film Archives of Friuli Venezia Giulia in which will be sited and properly preserved on film all the funds in the territory of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the Veneto).

Our stories are very similar and therefore we are therefore at your disposal for advice, exchange of documents (conventions and regulations) and whatever is necessary to put at the heart of Archival of your film library that Sardinia is the FIAF, the International Federation of Film Archives, recognized since 1996.
